Oklahoma Exhibit and Witness List is a document that outlines all the evidence and witnesses to be presented in a court case. The list includes the names of all individuals, businesses, or agencies that will provide testimony or have relevant documents or items that are to be admitted as evidence. It also includes the descriptions and/or serial numbers of any physical items that are to be presented as evidence in the trial. There are two types of Oklahoma Exhibit and Witness List: a Pre-trial Exhibit and Witness List, which is used before the trial, and a Trial Exhibit and Witness List, which is used during the trial.
