Exhibit and Witness List — Continuation is a legal document that lists any additional exhibits and witnesses that have been added to a case since the initial Exhibit and Witness List was created. Depending on the type of case, the list may include documents, photographs, objects, physical evidence, expert testimony, and/or witness testimony. This document is used to inform all parties involved in the case of any new evidence or testimony that may be used during the trial. There are two types of Exhibit and Witness List — Continuation: one for criminal cases and one for civil cases. In criminal cases, the list will usually include evidence and testimony related to the crime, while in civil cases, it will typically include evidence and testimony related to the dispute between the parties.
