Waiver Eligibility Certification For Filing of Annual Report of Condition By Dealers Registered In Hawaii is a form used by dealers in the state of Hawaii that are registered with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (CCA). The form is used to certify that a dealer is eligible to file an Annual Report of Condition (ARC) to the CCA without having to pay a filing fee. There are two types of Waiver Eligibility Certification: 1) Waiver Eligibility Certification For Filing of Annual Report of Condition by Dealers Registered in Hawaii (Form DCCA-DFR-13) and 2) Waiver Eligibility Certification For Filing of Annual Report of Condition by Non-Resident Dealers Registered in Hawaii (Form DCCA-DFR-14). Both forms are available on the CCA website. The form must be completed and submitted to the CCA in order to be eligible for the filing fee waiver.
