Oklahoma Reckless Disregard Defined is a term used to describe the level of negligence or carelessness that must be present for a person to be found guilty of a crime in the state of Oklahoma. There are two types of Reckless Disregard in Oklahoma: ordinary recklessness and gross negligence.
