Wyoming MCP 9. Affidavit in Support of Default is a document provided by a creditor to the court in order to prove that a debtor has defaulted on an obligation. It is a sworn statement by the creditor that provides specific details about the debt, including the amount owed, the date of default, and the reasons for the default. The affidavit must be signed by a representative of the creditor and notarized to be accepted by the court. There are three types of Wyoming MCP 9. Affidavit in Support of Default: (1) Unsecured Debt; (2) Secured Debt; and (3) Guaranteed Debt.
