18 U.S.C. Sec. 2252A(A)(4)(A) SALE OR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN U.S. TERRITORY prohibits the sale or possession with intent to sell of any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct in U.S. territory. This includes any form of child pornography as defined by federal law, including photographs, videos, computer-generated images, or any other visual representation of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. It is a federal crime to knowingly sell, transport, ship, or possess with intent to sell any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct, and any individual found guilty of this crime can face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
