Sec. 2252A(A)(5)(B) POSSESSION OF OR ACCESS WITH INTENT TO VIEW CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE is a federal law that criminalizes the possession or access with intent to view any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct that was produced or transported in interstate or foreign commerce, or which was produced using materials that were transported in interstate or foreign commerce. This law applies to all types of media, including digital, computer-generated, and printed images. The types of child pornography covered by this law include photographs, videos, computer-generated images, or other visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. This law carries a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison, and a fine of up to $250,000.
