18 U.S.C. Sec. 2252A(A)(4)(B) Sale or Possession With Intent to Sell of Child Pornography in Interstate or Foreign Commerce is a federal law that makes it illegal to knowingly transport, ship, receive, or possess with intent to distribute any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct if such material was produced using materials that have been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.
