Sexual Exploitation of Children — Possessing or Accessing Child Pornography (Visual Depiction of an Actual Minor) refers to the sexual exploitation of children through the possession of, or access to, photographs, videos, or other visual depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct. This includes images of children engaged in any form of sexual activity, such as intercourse, oral sex, sodomy, or masturbation, as well as images of children in poses that may be considered sexual in nature, such as sexually suggestive poses. It also includes images of children in states of undress, such as nude or partially clothed. Types of child pornography may include nude or partially clothed images of children, images of children engaged in sexual acts, or images of children in suggestive or sexual poses. Possessing or accessing child pornography is a serious crime and is punishable by jail time and/or fines.
