It is a form of enhanced conspiracy charge which allows prosecutors to bring multiple charges against a defendant, even if all the elements of the crime are not present in any single act. There are two main types of multiple conspiracies: Single Agreement Multiple Object Conspiracy and Multiple Agreement Multiple Object Conspiracy. Single Agreement Multiple Object Conspiracy occurs when a single agreement is made between two or more individuals to commit multiple criminal acts. For example, if a group of individuals agrees to rob a bank and also agrees to distribute drugs, they can be charged with a single agreement multiple object conspiracy. Multiple Agreement Multiple Object Conspiracy occurs when two or more separate agreements are made between two or more individuals to commit multiple criminal acts.
