Pennsylvania REV-1381 -- Stocks/Bonds Inventory is a form used by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to report the total value of all stocks and bonds held by a business. It is used to determine the amount of taxes due to the state. This form must be completed by businesses that sell stocks or bonds and/or hold them as investments. It must be filed with the Department of Revenue each year. There are two types of Pennsylvania REV-1381 -- Stocks/Bonds Inventory: Form REV-1381-A — Stocks/Bonds Inventory and Form REV-1381-B — Investment Income. Form REV-1381-A is used to report the value of all stocks and bonds held by a business, while Form REV-1381-B is used to report the income gained from the sale of stocks and bonds.
