Pennsylvania REV-1503 -- Schedule B — Stocks & Bonds is a form used by Pennsylvania taxpayers to report their stock and bond transactions on their state income tax return. It is used to report stocks and bonds held at the end of the tax year, as well as the sale of stocks and bonds during the tax year. The form includes sections for reporting the type of security, the date acquired, the date sold, the number of shares, the cost basis of each security, the proceeds from the sale, and other information. There are two types of Pennsylvania REV-1503 -- Schedule B — Stocks & Bonds: Long-term and Short-term. Long-term stocks and bonds are securities held for more than one year, while short-term stocks and bonds are those held for less than one year.
