Wyoming CAMP 15. Entry of Default is a document filed by the plaintiff in the district courts of Wyoming to notify the defendant that they have not responded to the Complaint or Summons. This document officially enters a default judgment against the defendant in a civil lawsuit. It is also referred to as Default Judgment. There are two types of Wyoming CAMP 15. Entry of Default: voluntary and involuntary default. Voluntary default is when the defendant fails to respond to the Complaint or Summons within the allowed timeframe, and the plaintiff chooses to enter a default judgment against them without the court's approval. Involuntary default is when the court approves the plaintiff's request and enters a default judgment against the defendant.
