It is an action that is taken by the court to enter a default judgment against a party for failure to answer or appear in court. There are two types of Wyoming TG MCM 8. Entry of Default: Default Judgment by Confession and Default Judgment based on Affidavit. Default Judgment by Confession is when the defendant does not file a response to the complaint and the plaintiff requests a default judgment. Default Judgment based on Affidavit is when the plaintiff provides evidence to the court as to why they are entitled to a default judgment.
