Wyoming TG MCM 7. Motion for Entry of Default is a court document used by the plaintiff in a civil case to request a default judgment against a defendant who has failed to answer or otherwise respond to a lawsuit. It is a type of document commonly used in Wyoming courts and is a part of the state's Trial Court Management and Case Management (TG MCM) system. There are three types of Wyoming TG MCM 7. Motion for Entry of Default: 1) Default Motion to Enter Judgment; 2) Default Motion to Enter Judgment on Partial Admissions; and 3) Default Motion to Enter Judgment on Pleadings. Each of these motions must be accompanied by an affidavit setting out the facts in support of the plaintiff's claim.
