Utah Right-of-way is a type of unregulated intersection which does not have any traffic control devices or signs. At these intersections, drivers should yield to the vehicles on the right-hand side. The right-of-way rules are based on the Utah Driver's Handbook. The two types of Utah Right-of-way Unregulated intersections are: 1. Four-way stop — All vehicles must come to a full stop and then proceed in the order in which they arrived. 2. Yield sign — Vehicles must slow down, look both ways, and yield to the right-of-way to any vehicles approaching from their right. If there is no one approaching from the right, then the vehicle can proceed.
