Unlawfully Transporting Aliens 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) is a federal law that makes it a crime for any person or group of persons to knowingly bring an alien into the United States without proper authorization or to transport or attempt to transport an alien within the United States without proper authorization. It is also a crime to aid, abet, encourage, or induce an alien to enter or try to enter the United States without proper authorization. There are two types of Unlawfully Transporting Aliens 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii), depending on the circumstances: (1) transporting an alien without authorization, or (2) aiding, abetting, encouraging, or inducing an alien to enter or attempt to enter the United States without proper authorization.
