The Texas Application For Labor Organizer Card is a document issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) that allows its holder to engage in labor organizing activities in the state of Texas. The card allows the holder to organize and represent employees in collective bargaining negotiations, represent workers in disputes with employers, and help establish labor unions. There are two types of Texas Application For Labor Organizer Card: the “Regular Card” and the “Expedited Card.” The Regular Card is issued after the holder has completed a training program, while the Expedited Card is issued for those with prior experience in labor organizing. The Regular Card is valid for two years, while the Expedited Card is valid for one year. To apply for either type of card, the applicant must submit an application with supporting documents to the TWC.
