Texas Request for Audio Transcript is a document used by courts in the state of Texas to request an official transcript of a court hearing or other proceedings that were recorded electronically. The document includes the date, time, and location of the hearing, the case name, the name of the court reporter and the type of transcript requested. There are two types of Texas Request for Audio Transcripts: verbatim and summary. A verbatim transcript includes a complete and exact recording of all words spoken in a proceeding, including any interruptions, pauses, and hesitations. A summary transcript is a condensed version of the proceeding that only includes the main points and arguments made.
