Pennsylvania REV-1649 -- Schedule O — Deferral/Election of Spousal Trusts is a form used by Pennsylvania taxpayers to elect deferral of spousal trusts. This form allows for the deferral of Pennsylvania inheritance tax that would otherwise be due on assets transferred to a spousal trust.
