The New York Parimutuel Tax Return of Unwashed Parimutuel Tickets is a form used to report and pay taxes on unwashed parimutuel tickets sold in New York State. This form is used annually by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. It includes the amount of gross sales of parimutuel tickets, the portion of the sales held by the board, the net amount due to the ticket seller, and the amount of tax due to the state. There are two types of New York Parimutuel Tax Return of Unwashed Parimutuel Tickets: Form CT-3-R (for single tickets) and Form CT-3-R-Q (for multiple tickets).
