A Residential Treatment Clinical School Admission Packet (RT-CSP) is a document package that contains the necessary information and documents required for admission to a residential treatment or clinical school. It typically includes an application form, school transcripts, letters of recommendation, a resume, and other forms. Depending on the school, the packet may also include a psychological evaluation, a physical exam, and a health history. There are three types of Recaps: an initial packet for first-time applicants, an updated packet for those who have previously applied, and a transfer packet for students transferring from another school. Each type of packet contains different forms and requirements and must be completed in full to be considered for admission.
