UIFSA - Child Support Locate Request The New Jersey IFSA (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act) — Child Support Locate Request is a form used to request information about a non-custodial parent who lives in another state. This request is used to obtain information about the non-custodial parent's whereabouts, assets, and employment status in order to establish or modify a child support order. There are two types of this request: the first is an initial request, and the second is a subsequent request.
