New Jersey IFSA — Child Support Agency Request for Change of Support Payment Location Pursuant to IFSA 319 is a form used by the New Jersey Child Support Agency to request a change in the location of child support payments. This form is used when the parent or guardian responsible for making the payments needs to change the location of where the support payments are sent. This form is used in accordance with the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (IFSA) 319, which sets out the provisions for changing the payment location of child support. There are two types of New Jersey IFSA — Child Support Agency Request for Change of Support Payment Location Pursuant to IFSA 319. The first type is the Request for Change of Payment Location, which is used to change the address of the payment recipient. The second type is the Request for Change of Payment Method, which is used to change the payment method, such as from check to direct deposit.
