New Jersey Attorney Certification Re Facsimile Signature is an official document issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) that certifies an attorney's signature as authentic. It is used by attorneys to validate their signature when filing court documents electronically. The OAE provides two types of New Jersey Attorney Certification Re Facsimile Signature: 1) A single-attorney certification, which is used by an attorney when filing court documents on their own behalf; and 2) A multi-attorney certification, which is used by a group of attorneys when filing court documents collectively. The certification is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
