New Hampshire Notification of Parental Responsibility in Delinquency Case is a form used by the Juvenile Court System in the state of New Hampshire to notify the parent or guardian of a juvenile who is suspected of committing a delinquent act. It informs the parent or guardian of the juvenile’s court appearance, the charges, the consequences that may result from the court hearing, and the rights of the parent or guardian. There are two types of New Hampshire Notification of Parental Responsibility in Delinquency Case: Notification of Parental Responsibility in Juvenile Delinquency Case and Notification of Parental Responsibility in Unruly Case. The Notification of Parental Responsibility in Juvenile Delinquency Case is used when the juvenile is charged with a criminal offense and the Notification of Parental Responsibility in Unruly Case is used when the juvenile is charged with a non-criminal offense. Both forms contain the same information and both require the parent or guardian to attend the court hearing with the juvenile.
