New Hampshire Form U-2a* is an income tax form used by nonresidents and part-year residents of New Hampshire to report taxable income from sources within the state. The form is required for all nonresidents who received income from New Hampshire sources during the tax year, as well as all part-year residents who received income from New Hampshire sources during the period of their residency. The form is used to calculate the amount of income tax due to the state and can be filed along with the Federal Form 1040. There are two types of New Hampshire Form U-2a*: Form U-2a for nonresidents of New Hampshire and Form U-2a-NR for part-year residents of New Hampshire.
