New Hampshire Form U-2* is the withholding tax form that employers in New Hampshire must use to report wages paid to employees and the amount of state and local income taxes withheld. There are two types of New Hampshire Form U-2*: U-2A for employers who withhold taxes for more than one locality, and U-2B for employers who withhold taxes for only one locality. The form is used to report employee wages and other compensation, as well as the amount of state taxes and local taxes withheld. The form must be filed quarterly with the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.
