The Notice of Intent To Request Redaction of Non-Official Court Records form is used to inform the court and the other party that a person wishes to have certain information redacted from non-official court records, such as police reports, civil pleadings, and other documents not filed with the court. This form must also be completed in full and submitted to the court along with a copy of the documents that are to be redacted. Both forms must be signed and notarized before being submitted to the court. Once the court receives the forms and documents, a hearing will be scheduled to consider the request for redaction.
