The Maryland AFFIDAVIT FORM FOR ALLEGEDLY FRAUDULENT UCC FILINGS is a legally binding document designed to protect creditors and other interested parties from fraud or misrepresentation through the filing of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements. This form is used when a party believes that a UCC filing has been made fraudulently or without proper authority. The affidavit must be notarized and include a statement from the affine that they have knowledge of the facts of the case and believe the UCC filing to be fraudulent. The form must also include a description of the alleged fraudulent filing, the name of the party who made the filing, and the address of the secured party.
