Indiana Exhibit and Witness List — Continuation is a type of legal document that must be filed with the court to provide additional information during the course of a trial. This document includes a list of all the exhibits that are expected to be presented during the trial, such as documentary evidence or physical objects, as well as the names and contact information of the witnesses that are to testify. There are two types of Indiana Exhibit and Witness List — Continuation: Original and Supplemental. The Original Exhibit and Witness List must be filed prior to the trial and the Supplemental Exhibit and Witness List should be filed if additional exhibits and witnesses are added during the trial.
