A Delaware Quarterly Certificate for Non-Profit Corporations (NPS) is a certificate issued by the Delaware Secretary of State in order to certify that a NPM is in good standing and has met the state's filing requirements. The certificate is a legal document that can be used to validate the NPM's existence and allows it to operate in the state. There are two types of Delaware Quarterly Certificate for NPS: the Regular Certificate and the Certificate of Conversion. The Regular Certificate is issued to newly formed NPS and is valid for three years. The Certificate of Conversion is issued to NPS who have undergone a conversion from a for-profit entity to a non-profit entity and is valid for one year.
