The Motion to Confirm Termination of the Automatic Stay as to Personal Property Collateral for Failure to File Timely is used when a debtor has failed to file the required paperwork to maintain the automatic stay protection of their personal property collateral. Both motions require the debtor to provide evidence that they have taken timely action to maintain the automatic stay protection of their personal property collateral, or else the creditor may proceed with collection of the debt.
