Wisconsin Order to Modify Mandatory Release Date/Extended Supervision/Good Time is a court order issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections that allows a prisoner to be released from prison earlier than the mandatory release date or to have their parole or probation time reduced. This order can also be used to reduce the amount of time a prisoner is eligible for good time. There are three types of Wisconsin Order to Modify Mandatory Release Date/Extended Supervision/Good Time: Early Release, Extended Supervision, and Good Time Reduction. Early Release is an order that reduces the mandatory release date of an inmate. Extended Supervision is an order that reduces the amount of time a prisoner must be on parole or probation. Good Time Reduction is an order that reduces the amount of time a prisoner is eligible for good time.
