Wisconsin Order Modifying Court-Imposed Conditions of Extended Supervision 302.113(7 m) is an order issued by a Wisconsin court to modify the conditions of a person’s extended supervision. The order can be issued at any time during the period of extended supervision. This order can modify the conditions of the extended supervision, including such things as curfews, drug testing, contact with specific individuals, or the amount of time spent in a halfway house. There are two types of Wisconsin Order Modifying Court-Imposed Conditions of Extended Supervision 302.113(7 m): (1) Initial Modification Orders, which are issued when the person is first released from prison; and (2) Subsequent Modification Orders, which are issued after the initial order has been issued. The court will consider the person’s behavior since the initial order was issued, and determine whether any modifications are necessary.
