Wisconsin Articles of Amendment — Stock For-Profit Corporation are documents used to make changes to an existing Wisconsin for-profit corporation’s articles of incorporation. These articles are filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) and are legally binding upon the corporation.
