Wisconsin Articles of Amendment Nonstickck Corporation is a document used by a nonstick corporation in the state of Wisconsin to make changes to the original articles of incorporation. It is used to modify the information that is already on file with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. There are three main types of Wisconsin Articles of Amendment Nonstickck Corporation: Name Change Amendment, Merger Amendment, and/or Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation. A Name Change Amendment is used to modify the name of the corporation, while a Merger Amendment is used to merge two or more corporations together. An Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation is used to modify any other information that was included in the original articles of incorporation, such as the purpose of the corporation, the registered agent, the types of shares that can be issued, the address of the principal office, and the number of directors.
