Wisconsin Articles of Amendment — Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a document that is filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions to amend the Articles of Organization of a limited liability company. This document can be used to make changes to the LLC such as changing the name or registered agent of the LLC, increasing or decreasing the number of members, changing the duration of the LLC, or making other amendments to the Articles of Organization. There are three types of Wisconsin Articles of Amendment — Limited Liability Company: Amendment to Articles of Organization, Amendment to Designation of Registered Agent, and Amendment to Membership Interests and Capital Contributions.
