Washington Referral to Labor and Industries /Workforce Partnership Services is a program that assists individuals in finding employment and provides resources to help them succeed in the workplace. The program is provided in partnership between the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) and Workforce, the state’s workforce development system. Services include job search assistance, career counseling, resume development, job placement assistance, and training. The program also provides access to labor market information and resources, such as job postings and skills assessments. There are three types of Washington Referral to Labor and Industries /Workforce Partnership Services: the Job Search Assistance Program, the Career Counseling Program, and the Training and Education Program.
