It provides employers with an incentive bonus of up to $1,500 per year for up to five years, for each qualified employee they retain. 2. Employer-Initiated Incentive Application — This is for employers who have hired an individual through the Washington Preferred Worker Program as well as through other workforce programs. It provides employers with an incentive bonus of up to $2,500 per year for up to five years, for each qualified employee they retain.
