Washington Form 10. Cost Bill is the official form used in Washington state for requesting attorney fees and costs in a court proceeding. It is filed by the prevailing party in a legal action and includes information about the legal action, the party requesting fees, the attorney representing the party, the amount of attorney fees and other costs, and a signature of the party requesting fees. There are four types of Washington Form 10. Cost Bill: Civil Fee Bill, Criminal Fee Bill, Domestic Relations Fee Bill, and Appellate Fee Bill. The Civil Fee Bill is used in civil cases, the Criminal Fee Bill in criminal cases, the Domestic Relations Fee Bill in family law cases, and the Appellate Fee Bill in appeals.
