Washington Precise is a legal document used to request a court action in the District of Columbia. It is used to start a lawsuit or motion, or to request a hearing or other action from the court. There are two types of Washington Precise. The first is a Precise for Summons, which is used to request the court to issue a summons to the defendant in a lawsuit. The second type of Precise is a Precise for Subpoena, which is used to request the court to issue a subpoena to a witness or third party to appear in court to provide testimony or produce documents. Both types of Precise must be signed and dated by the party requesting the action, must contain the names of the parties, the case number, and a description of the requested action.
