Status Conferences: This order extends all status conferences and other conferences in civil matters in the Norfolk and Newport News divisions of the Circuit Court. 5. Jury Trials: This order extends all deadlines related to jury trials in civil matters in the Norfolk and Newport News divisions of the Circuit Court. This includes, but is not limited to, deadlines for selecting a jury, filing jury instructions, and filing closing arguments.
