A Virginia Continuance Order Enclosure (PDF) is a court document used in Virginia civil and criminal proceedings. It serves as a notice to the parties involved in a case that a hearing or trial has been continued to a different date. It includes the name of the court, the case number, the date of the original hearing or trial, the new date of the hearing or trial, and the reason for the continuance. The enclosure may also include additional information, such as an order that the parties must comply with prior to the new hearing or trial date. There are two types of Virginia Continuance Order Enclosure (PDF): a Civil Continuance Order Enclosure (PDF) and a Criminal Continuance Order Enclosure (PDF).
