Utah Knowledge as to Result. Is an online program developed by the Utah State Bar to help attorneys become better informed about the court system in the state of Utah. The program provides users with an interactive platform to learn more about the law in Utah, as well as the various procedural and substantive rules that govern the state's courts. The program consists of three different types of courses: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. The Basic course provides an introduction to the court system in Utah, as well as an overview of the state's procedural and substantive law. The Intermediate course allows users to further explore the law, with a focus on civil procedure, criminal procedure, and family law. The Advanced course covers more complex topics such as appellate practice, trial advocacy, and professional ethics. Each course also includes practice quizzes, reference materials, and other resources to help users become more familiar with the law in Utah.
