Conspiracy — Duration is a form of legal action in which a person or group is accused of taking part in a conspiracy to commit a crime over an extended period of time. The duration of the crime can range from days to years, and the accused may have been involved in a variety of activities, such as planning, financing, or carrying out the criminal act. There are two main types of Conspiracy — Duration: Petty Conspiracy and Grand Conspiracy. Petty Conspiracy occurs when two or more people agree to commit a minor offense. Grand Conspiracy occurs when two or more people agree to commit a serious offense, such as murder, arson, or a drug-related crime. In both cases, the accused must be proven to have been actively involved in the conspiracy.
