Rhode Island Amendment To Application For Registration (Foreign LLC) is a document used by foreign Limited Liability Companies (LCS) to register with the Rhode Island Secretary of State to do business in the state. This document must be submitted along with the original Application for Registration of a Foreign LLC. The Amendment must include the LLC name, jurisdiction of formation, date of formation, and the name and address of the LLC's Registered Agent in Rhode Island. The Amendment must also contain the signature of an authorized member of the LLC. There are two types of Rhode Island Amendment To Application For Registration (Foreign LLC): one for an LLC that is formed in a state other than Rhode Island, and one for an LLC that is formed outside the United States.
