The Pennsylvania Precise Uninsured Under insured Savings Action (PU USA) is a yearly program offered by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance to help drivers save money on their auto insurance premiums. Through PU USA, drivers can get discounts on their premium for not having any uninsured or under insured motorist coverage. This program is only available to Pennsylvania residents who have been insured for at least six months and have no at-fault or not-at-fault accidents in the previous three years.
