Pennsylvania Articles of Dissolution [DSC:15-1977/5977] are a form used to officially dissolve a business in the state of Pennsylvania. It is a formal document that must be filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State’s Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations (DSC) in order to legally end the business entity. The articles must include the business name, the date of dissolution, the name and address of the registered agent, the name and address of the registered office, the name and address of the incorporated, and the name and address of any other persons who are authorized to manage the dissolution process. There are two types of Pennsylvania Articles of Dissolution [DSC:15-1977/5977]: Domestic Articles of Dissolution, which is used to dissolve a domestic business entity, and Foreign Articles of Dissolution, which is used to dissolve a foreign business entity.
