It is filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State to make changes to the articles of incorporation. The form can be used to make amendments such as changing the corporate name, address, or purpose; increasing or decreasing the number of authorized shares of stock; and changing the directors or officers of the corporation. There are two types of Oklahoma Amended Certificate of Incorporation Form (Professional): Domestic and Foreign. The Domestic Form is used by corporations originally incorporated in Oklahoma, while the Foreign Form is used by corporations originally incorporated in another state.
